Fitness has always been an essential part of her routine and she now enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and snowboarding with her children. Fiona is an avid runner, a dedicated yogi, and self professed gym rat. She'll try any fitness method or sport you throw at her and if it makes her sweat, she will smile!

University of Missouri-Columbia. She taught and performed in Ohio and the St. Louis area prior to moving to Denver in 1998. Today she works from home as a freelance marketing consultant and Number One Mom to the Bryan Children!
Leah Segedie is a co-founder of Momactive Radio and MomActive.com and publisher of
Bookieboo, fitness hangout for moms, and
Bookieboo Rave Reviews & Giveaways. She also blogs at
Bookiebooserenitynow.com. She is a stay-at-home mom of two boys with a busy schedule. After the birth of her first son in 2006, she lost over 100 lbs. and realized that fitness was the only way to keep her sanity in a world of diapers and temper tantrums. Fitness has been a great stress reliever, hobby and life saver. Earlier this year, she had another baby and is working off the remaining weight one pound at a time with hard work and dedication.
Leah's background is in Communications. She has a Bachelors and a Masters Degree from
USC in Communication Management. She spent two years working for the California State Assembly and then another couple years as a fundraiser and then public relations manager in the corporate world. But when she became a mom, she found her passion.
