This show is directed to you! We will discuss all the current health and fitness topics that concerns us as moms trying to balance it all. Our approach is one of lighthearted fun as we search for information and good conversation. We will be joined by regular expert guests and real life moms, like yourself, to help us figure it all out and spread the word about active and healthy living for our families.

*What do you know about Yoga? Pilates? How are they similar or different and why are these forms of activity so popular?
*How do you fit in a workout with small children? Share your creative ideas on how to work exercise into your daily routine with a family.
